Meet the Director:

Kellyann Zugaro

Hi, my name is Kellyann and I am the Centre Director for Hearts and Minds Early Learning Baldivis. I have a diploma in Early Childhood and Education and have been caring for and teaching children since 2015. I have had many different roles in the sector and have enjoyed watching the sector grow to really focus on each child’s growth and wellbeing.

Early learning is forever changing, and no child is the same! We help children learn through play and their own interests. They guide and show us ways and things they enjoy learning and playing to extend their knowledge further. We are constantly reflecting and questioning “how can we help” or “what needs to be improved or changed”. My passion is to help all children reach their full potential and how we can work together to achieve this.

I am passionate about children and have always wanted to care and educate them from a young age. I now have a young boy myself and spending time with him and building memories with him is my favourite thing. I love the outdoors and believe it is just as important as the indoor environment. I love the children to be outside learning and playing and have incorporated this into our centre.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family.

I feel grateful to meet every child and family that comes through our doors and hope to meet yours soon.

Meet the Team:

Tatum Reynolds

Hi, my name is Tatum and I am the Service Administrator for Hearts & Minds Early Learning Baldivis.  I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood and have worked in the early years sector for over 10 years in various roles.

From a young age I have always wanted to work with children and give them the best start in life, and I am very passionate about my career in early childhood and love building strong and connecting relationships with the children and families.  I love seeing the children learn and grow, knowing that I have played a role in their first 5 years of life.  I believe each child is individual and they learn in their own time.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, I have a son who is two years old and we enjoy going to the beach and having family BBQ's.

I look forward to meeting all the families and children at Baldivis.
